Currently leading production for Josh & Kally on Capital across Wales. Previously produced The Hits Radio Breakfast Show with Leanne & Joel. I love building high‑impact, audience‑first radio and solving the messy technical bits that make great shows happen.
At the age of 15, I started out presenting in my local community radio station, Calon FM in Wrexham..
By 17, I’d secured a part time job as the station manager, and led the station to its highest listener figures in years, by focussing on format, and strategic partnerships.
My focus has rapidly shifted from wanting to be on air, to enabling success from the sidelines. I have a passion for making the cogs turn behind the scenes.
At 19, I became a freelancer at Bauer Media, then full‑time breakfast producer for Hits Radio across the North West. After multiple rounds of redundancy, I left in May 2025 to pursue better things.
I’m now proudly part of the Communicorp UK team as the producer for Capital in Wales.

This was an extremely hard‑hitting interview for Global’s Make Some Noise Day 2025 supporting Tiny Tickers. Gemma shared Mabon’s story. The full conversation ran ~50 minutes; I delivered a final on‑air package just over 3 minutes to drive donations.
